Think twice before deciding to go out for breakfast. If you plan on exercising or moving around a lot that day then you might want to eat a decent meal. Yet throughout the week go ahead and skip breakfast meals. Take a bag of nuts, fruits, and crackers to munch on throughout the day until you get to lunch. This is a good alternative to satisfy your hunger while at the same time promoting weight loss.
There is no excuse as to why you should have to worry about gaining weight. From here on out you should see those pounds go down every time you weigh yourself.
